UFEST 24
We’re celebrating a huge Success.
The ultimate Health, Happiness, and Wellbeing Festival was sponsored by Sinclair Law Solicitors, Family Law Solictors The inaugural wellness event by The Cheshire Club was held on Sunday 30th June at Stock Farm Barn in Hale, Cheshire and was opened by TV celebrity presenter Melissa Porter. The packed day of activities attracted over 250 revellers, 35 retailers, over 12 businesses offering wellbeing, holistic, style and beauty sessions, 15 workshops and 12 guest speakers.
Joanna Scott Aspray Founder of the Cheshire Club and UFEST said
“This gorgeous event has been a vision of mine for quite sometime so to see it all finally come together and hear the wonderful feedback has been incredible. The Firewalking challenge was a highlight of the event too; pushing many people out of their comfort zones but as a business leader I stood by my promise and lead the way by walking first, making many people confident to follow my lead and complete the challenge. We all felt pretty elated after that I can tell you!
Joanna also said “With beautiful holistic sessions experienced, knowledge gained from workshops and speakers, and many beautiful souls that came together in one space and of course so many connections made, it was a special day to celebrate and to remember always. We nearly managed to dodge the unpredictable rain showers but it didn’t put people off too much as the festival look is very much wellies, hats and umbrellas”!
“I would also like to express my gratitude to Sinclair Law Solicitors for their continued support and for sponsoring the event, also to Oxford Natural Longevity and Aesthetics Clinic for sponsoring the Stables Barn and to Darren Antrobus from Silk FM Radio for producing some superb interviews for podcasts from the many different contributors of UFEST24”
The incredible lineup of speakers, included Kerry Daynes, renowned TV star of Faking it and best-selling author, along with other esteemed experts Pam Shanker, and Ruth Tansey, covering topics from toxicity, coaching and gut health. Other speakers included Sarah Stephens talking about travel, legacy and life after child loss, Menopause Expert, Dr Bev Matta, Alison Blackler from 2Minds, with Dr Antonia Kirkby hosting a workshop based on Psychology of our habits and Louisa Herridge hosting a Storytelling for Success workshop.
The event supported BeeU Anti Bullying Campaign for their invaluable work towards bullying and counselling. Rachel Stevens the founder said “I am so grateful to The Cheshire Club for highlighting our much needed cause for mental health support through this incredible event UFEST and to Dean Douglas, from Dean Douglas Art for helping us raise money by organising an online painting session and auction”
