UFEST24 TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• Everyone at the gate must consent to a security search of person, clothing and bags. Prohibited items will be confiscated if you wish to enter the event
• Only purchased food and drink to be consumed on the site
• No drugs and psychoactive substances, illegal drugs and legal highs or dealing whatsoever
• No scooters, skateboards or motorised vehicles
• No dangerous items such as knives, or any weapon considered dangerous, foam, spray cans, gas canisters,fireworks, smoke canisters, megaphones, amplified equipment, air horns, laser devices or remote controlled drones or similar
• No refunds to anyone refused entry or if you’re asked to leave
• Crowd surfing, moshing, climbing on event structures or anti-social behaviour of any sort is not permitted and you will be asked to leave without refund.
• Dogs are permitted (1 dog per paying ticket) you must clean up after your dog. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times. If you dog is aggressive and upsets other dogs or owners you will be asked to leave without refund. If you fail to do clean up your dogs fouling you will be asked to leave without refund
• Children must be accompanied by a paying ticket adult.
• Disabilities - The venue may have certain areas that are more difficult for wheelchair access. Please check with organisers before you buy tickets.
•Venue grounds may have uneven ground, and carpark areas maybe slippy. The grounds may be one muddy and water logged from adverse weather conditions. Take responsibility when attending the event to avoid suffering and injury. No refunds will be issued for these conditions.
• Unauthorised photography, video or audio recording equipment or transmission of the event for gain is strictly forbidden.
• CCTV - The venue will be operating a full cctv system at the event. In the unlikely event of any issues the police will be handed the recordings if requested
• Any tickets bought by unauthorised ticket agents and touting are not valid and admission will not be granted. Tickets are only available through our website.
•Refunds - please see our general event T&C’s on the website
• It’s your responsibility to check for any cancellation, rescheduled dates or postponements of the event - please check before you travel. We endeavour to update through our website and social media if this arises - we cannot be responsible for time lapses.
• Complaints - please find a member of staff whilst at the event as complaints can’t be dealt with post event
• We reserve the right to change headline acts or artists or change the event itinerary (if applicable) without notice. This doesn’t entitle you to a refund
• Pass outs and re entries are authorised upto 6pm with ID.
• The event organiser (The Cheshire Club) will not accept responsibility for any damages or loss of processions at the event.
• Weather - Our event is a mix of outdoor and inside attractions. Please bring suitable clothing and footwear. No refunds will be given due to inclement weather.
