Emma Guy grew up in Belfast in the 1970s and started her career as a welder, demonstrating at a tender age that she liked to fix things. 

Emma runs two award winning businesses. The first is Aqueous Digital, specialising in SEO and Reputation Management. She has also owned an acupuncture clinic for almost thirteen years proving she has become equally adept at fixing people too. The awards received since prove she’s good at it, too.

Her debut book, The Wisdoms of the Menopausal Godmother, is an example of how she draws on a deep well of personal experience to help others. At the age of 46, she had a successful mastectomy and reconstructive surgery after being diagnosed with breast cancer.

Emma is an Ambassador for Prevent Breast Cancer to help raise awareness and funding. Also, she is a Trustee of Halton Haven Hospice. Emma was also chosen as one of the Cheshire Life Champions for her charity work for the Queens Platinum Jubilee. Emma actively speaks on breast cancer to many different groups and companies. She won Outstanding Entrepreneur at the Creme de la Creme awards 2022 and in January 2023 won the Impact award at the Community ReAwards for her charity work.
